1. The obvious first choice is store bought/pre-assembled outfits from Spirit Halloween (or other online stores) & this year they have quite a few costumes to choose from, including Classic Harley!

2. Gotham City Sirens casual outfits: this one is fun because Harley wears a few different outfits throughout the GCS series!

3. Dr. Quinzel: lab coat, black skirt, black tights, a red or blue button up shirt, & hair up with glasses.

4. Harleys Holiday outfit: red shorts, white button up short sleeve shirt, with or without roller-skates, even white shoes could work as well!

5. BTAS Police Harley: police hat, black skirt, police shirt, black shoes, hair up.

6. Live action Harley Quinn outfits: Suicide Squad, Birds of Prey & The Suicide Squad. At Spirit Halloween they still have a lot of these costumes available online or sometimes in store. Check out their website first!
