This week was the first installment of Suicide Squad Insider, in which Rocksteady feeds those of us that have been hungry for an update for some time now. The official release date is February 2nd, 2024 – and it cannot get here soon enough.

So, what exactly did we learn this week?

“Where are we goin’, and who are we killin’?”

One of the things I think is most interesting is the characters that otherwise couldn’t move the way they will for this game, have acquired traversal equipment from the Hall of Justice. It makes sense they’re going to need a boost to go up against the Justice League. For the purposes of why we’re all here, let’s talk about Harley –

“Harley’s grapple is made to let you take advantage of the environment, to quickly get out of troublesome situations. Or she can use it to quickly close the distance to introduce them to her baseball bat. Swinging from the Bat-Drone lets her circumvent the troopers’ shields and flank them. It can also let her catapult herself into the air to shoot the Corrupted from above.”
