There has been A LOT going on in the Harley Quinn world within the last month-ish. So let’s discuss a few things:

Five Below Harley Quinn figures by Funko:

Many collectors have been aggressively checking for the Five Below mini figures from Funko, and they are finally here! There are eight total figures: Five commons, two diamonds, and one metallic.

Gotham City Sirens:

The amount of FREAKING OUT I did upon hearing that there will be a four issue Gotham City Sirens mini comic series releasing in August is probably concerning to normal people. But our favorite Gotham Girls will be back in action together soon, and the amount of variant covers DC is doing for the series makes my wallet a little anxious.

Joker trailer:

When I tell you I was IN LOVE with this trailer, I am not kidding. To me, the movie looks absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait until October for the film to release.

Batman: Caped Crusader:

Coming August 1st on Amazon Prime, this new series coming from Bruce Timm, about a 1940s noir-inspired Batman/Gotham is meant to be a weird and different take on the characters. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding Harley Quinn, because people don’t seem to understand this isn’t supposed to be the exact same story we’ve seen 1000 times.

Dr. Harleen Quinzel is upbeat and fun, and her “alter ego” Harley Quinn is darker and more serious. Plus, people are making way to big of a deal about her race and the new jester costume.

But hey, I’m excited.
