The SECOND I found out about this announcement years ago, I screamed with joy. I am a huge fan of Stjepan Sejic, and the way he’s drawn Harley not only in official ways for DC, like Suicide Squad, but also his online art he’s done of her, but also the story online he released a while back, also called Harleen, that absolutely took my breath away. I’ve said for years that I’d love a Harley book by him.

Guys. I got my wish.

We follow Dr. Harleen Quinzel as she begins her work at Arkham Asylum, and as she deals with encountering the Joker for the very first time. It’s intense, and beautiful, and just… perfect.

But of course, it’s a journey into darkness, and the story is so insanely good. Pair that with the incredible artwork Stjepan Sejic does? You easily have an instant Harley classic. There’s a reason this is the favorite of so many fans, new and old. And a reason it ends up on so many recommended reading lists.

If you haven’t ready Harleen already – seek it out immediately. It’s a quick read, with gorgeous artwork, and a great story.
